Terms and Conditions

18^th September to 23^rd October 2024

1. The Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to €250 cashback (“the Gift”) to purchasers when they purchase selected SIEMENS appliances. All selected models in the promotion are listed below.

2. This promotion is applicable in Republic of Ireland at participating retailers only.

3. This promotion is available for residents of Republic of Ireland who are over 18.

4. This promotion applies to purchases between 18^th September and 23^rd October 2024 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 30^th November 2024. The promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

5. The Gift will be in the form of bank transfer and purchaser will give their bank details within the redemption process.

6. This is a consumer only promotion. For the avoidance of doubt retailers will not be able to claim the Gift on behalf of the consumer.

7. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion.

8. The Promotion, which starts 18^th September and ends 23^rd October 2024 only applies to purchases between these dates. Claims must be received by the Promoter before midnight 30^th November 2024 and the Promoter will not accept any claims received subsequently.

9. Only one claim per household is permitted. Please note, claims from employees and retailers themselves are prohibited from participating in this promotion. Multiple purchases of the same appliances are prohibited.

10. Claimants cannot claim this promotion in conjunction with another offer.

11. In order to claim the Gift, purchasers must fully complete an online redemption form at https://www.Siemens-home.ie/promotions/retail-promotions/crosscategory-cashback including product ENR and FD numbers, attaching a copy of the original full purchase receipt that shows model number and date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations shall not be accepted. Purchasers can call the freephone helpline on 1 800 929 039 or email siemens@promotion-support.com for assistance between 9am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their sole opinion, fraudulent or invalid.

13. Claimants should allow up to 6 weeks for receipt of the Gift from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the Claim Form and copy of the purchase receipt.

14. All Claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore we recommend keeping a copy for your records.

15. By submitting a claim, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their SIEMENS appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift i.e. the cashback.

17. Personal data is collected for the purposes of the complimentary offer only, unless the consumer opt in to hear further from Siemens during the redemption process. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Promoter’s privacy policy, which is available at http://www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com/ie/privacy-policy.

18. This promotion will be administered by Benamic Unlimited Company. A copy of their Privacy Policy can be found at: https://www.benamic.com/privacy-policy/.

19. Bosch, a division of BSH Home Appliances Limited is the data controller for the promotion and Benamic Unlimited Company is the data processor.

20. The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland.
